“I met Jayson over 3 years ago. He was referred to me as one of the top trainers in the training business at one the largest sports health clubs in Minneapolis. When I met with him I had some major physical problems that had to be taken into consideration to improve my health. I found him to be the most understanding and caring person (next to my doctor) that I have ever met. I was beginning to not stand up straight as I walked and it was bothering me. I was a person that walked and exercised regularly. What I found out was that I was not doing it properly. He put together a program and helped me through it on a weekly basis and I was able correct the problem. Feel better and feel better about myself. During that same time I ended up having heart problems that gave me the luxury of six stints in my heart. Jayson never missed a beat so he tailor made a program for me and I have had no problems.”
